  • Cancellations Before Course Start: If you cancel your enrollment in a paid course at least 48 hours before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to the course content that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Unsatisfactory Experience: If you are dissatisfied with a course within the first 48 hours of course access, you may request a refund by providing feedback on your experience. Refunds in this case are subject to our review and discretion.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed promptly; however, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:

  • Partial Course Completion: If you have accessed or completed a significant portion of the course, refunds are not available.

  • Missed Classes: Refunds are not granted for missed sessions in live, scheduled courses.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date are not eligible for refunds.

  • Free Courses and Trial Periods: Courses offered for free or as part of a trial are not eligible for refunds.
